1. Introduction

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This website is operated by Hadeeya Gifting, registered in the United Arab Emirates. The following terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors to our site.

You are either at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Definitions

• “Website”: Refers to https://hadeeya.co/.

• “Customer/User”: Any person placing an order or using the website.

• “Products/Gifts”: All items and curated boxes, trays or packages available for sale on the website, including but not limited to chocolates, flowers, jewelry, candles, home décor, and large curated trays.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders must be placed through the website’s designated process.

• All prices are quoted in AED and exclusive of UAE VAT as indicated.

• Payment shall be made using the available payment methods; orders are only processed upon receipt of payment.

• Large or customized orders may require additional processing time.

• Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

• We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

4. Product Information and Substitution

• While we endeavor to depict and describe products accurately, product images are for illustrative purposes only.

• In case of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute an item with one of equal or greater value without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, subject to courier schedules and UAE holidays.

• Fragile and perishable items are packed with care following industry standards using foam, bubble wrap, and sturdy outer cartons or crates as needed. However, risk of damage during shipment remains and the company will not be liable for minor damages or loss resulting from courier handling unless insured shipping is purchased by the customer.

• Delivery is only available within the United Arab Emirates unless otherwise specified.

• In the event of an attempted delivery where the receiver was either not responsive, unavailable to receive the gift, or postponed to a later date, the same product can be re-delivered the following day with an additional charge of aed 30 dubai /35 aed outside dubai. Keep note that re-delivery will be for the same item in its current condition. If the condition is not satisfactory, the sender would have to re-purchase the items, and delivery will take place only in the next available time-slot after the recipient confirmation is received.

• In the event of no response from the receiver during delivery, the sender will be updated. If in case there is no response from the sender, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued if it passes 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Order Refusal

1. If the order is refused by the receiver during the address capturing stage, a refund will be issued if the order is not yet prepared. A refund will not be issued if the order has been prepared. Sender would need to provide an alternative address.

2. If the order is refused by the receiver upon delivery, a refund will not be issued and the order will return back to our location. Sender would need to provide an alternative address and re-delivery charge of AED 30 Dubai / AED 35 outside Dubai will be applied.

6. Fragile Item Handling

• Fragile or delicate items are specially packaged, and you are responsible for inspecting goods on delivery and reporting any major damage within 24 hours.

• Any large gift trays, glass, ceramic or similarly delicate items cannot be offered with a guarantee of zero breakage, especially for inter-emirate or long-distance shipping.

• Claims for damaged goods must be accompanied by photographs and details of the condition received.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of many gifts (flowers, chocolates, etc.), returns are not possible for these items.

• Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and approved by our Customer Service.

• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable except in cases of proven damage or error on our part.

• A refund could take anywhere between 7 to 10 working days. 

8. User Accounts & Conduct

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, including but not restricted to, protecting against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer.

• No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use of the site is permitted.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, and images are the property of Hadeeya Gifting, unless stated otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

Hadeeya Gifting will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from any product purchased or the use of this website. Maximum liability for any product is limited to the purchase price.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Order Modification

Modification to an order cannot be done once the order is ready.

13. Amendments

The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this website. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
